Summer Exploration Experience (SEE) Camp

Each year, NC State Engineering invites newly admitted engineers to participate in this summer bridge program, where they interact with engineering faculty members, visit industry sites and get an early start on their membership in the engineering family. You will spend a week on campus with us, make new friends, do exciting engineering activities, eat (A LOT), and maybe even meet someone who will hire you for your first job! Summer orientation is a part of the experience. Watch your email for an invitation!

Students participate in MEP's Summer Transition Program, a six-week residential program.

Summer Exploration Experience (SEE)
June 15-21, 2025

SEE gives engineering and computer science students an early opportunity to build community, which enhances their sense of belonging and contributes to greater academic success.

This is the ultimate preparation for college. Although there is a fee for the college orientation program, there is no cost to attend the SEE camp. SEE participants will be automatically registered for the June 18 and 19 New Student Orientation.

  • June 15-21, 2025
  • Participants will reside in Sullivan Hall
  • New Student Orientation dates (June 18-19, 2025)
