This is the College of Engineering’s internal awards information for faculty during the 2025-2026 cycle, including important deadlines and submission details. Please note that the awards that have a limited college submission must go through a college award process.

Requesting Letters of Support from the Dean

There are two distinct procedures for requesting a Letter of Support (LOS) from the Dean, depending on the award submission process:

1. For Awards Submitted Through the College 
   • Submit detailed bullet points or a comprehensive draft of the letter along with the complete submission package to the college.
2. For Awards Not Submitted Through the College (Direct Dean Request)
   • Nominees should use this form to request a letter from the Dean. Detailed supporting bullet points or a draft of the letter are required.
