The American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1893 and committed to advancing education in engineering and engineering technology. ASEE promotes excellence in instruction, research, and service, while fostering collaboration between academia, government, and industry.

At NC State, the ASEE community includes faculty, staff, and students who are dedicated to shaping the future of engineering education—locally and nationally.

2026 ASEE Conference Travel Grant Request

Use this form to apply for $1,000 in travel support to participate in the 2026 ASEE Conference. All requests will be reviewed by the Engineering Office of Faculty Development and Success (OFDS).

We will contact your department’s financial officer or another individual who can verify available funding for your ASEE travel. This documentation is required before funds can be approved and distributed. Requests must be submitted by Monday, March 30, 2026, and you will be notified by Friday, April 3, 2026.
