Honors faculty profile: Kanton Reynolds

The new Fitts-Woolard Hall has hit many milestones. From the completion of its design concept in March 2018, the groundbreaking in April 2018 and the topping-off ceremony in December 2019. You can now add to that list its completion and turning over to the College of Engineering on July 24, 2020.

Each year, NC State Entrepreneurship selects a new cohort of Miller Fellows, a program that supports newly graduated entrepreneurs who wish to pursue their venture full-time after graduation. The six May graduates selected represent 4 university colleges and five unique startups.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and current restrictions on large gatherings, spring commencement for NC State University and College of Engineering departmental graduations have been postponed. Several departments within the College will be sharing celebration videos.

Graduating senior, Johnny Davis, found out this week that he will be hanging around campus for a while longer after graduation. He was recently named a Miller Fellow for the Dr. Thomas Kenan Miller III Fellows Program for the 2020 – 2021 cohort.
