CBE’s Lamb and Peretti retire after 35 years of service to NC State

The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering commemorated the achievements and contributions of Professors H. Henry Lamb and Steven Peretti. Lamb and Peretti enjoyed the ceremony while surrounded by family and friends on April 23rd, 2022, at the Dorothy and Roy Park Alumni Center.

NC State announces 2021-22 Goodnight Early Career Innovators

NC State announced its 2021-22 class of Goodnight Early Career Innovators today. This program recognizes and rewards promising NC State early-career faculty whose scholarship is in STEM or STEM education. The 25 faculty selected will receive $22,000 ­for each of the next three years to support their scholarship and research endeavors.

Department of Energy grants will power clean energy research at NC State

Faculty members in the College of Engineering at North Carolina State University will receive funding from the US Department of Energy (DOE) to create a new electric microgrid coordination and control design and to develop cleaner, cheaper processes for industrial production of benzenes.
