George Ligler named Dean’s Eminent Professor of the Practice in Biomedical Engineering

Dr. George T. Ligler has been announced as the new Dean's Eminent Professor of the Practice in Biomedical Engineering in the UNC/NC State Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME). Ligler will officially join the BME faculty and begin his position on August 16, 2018.

Chi, Haugh receive Alcoa Foundation Engineering Research Awards

The 2018 Alcoa Foundation Engineering Research Awards were presented to Dr. Min Chi, assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science, and Dr. Jason Haugh, professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, at the spring faculty meeting of the College of Engineering at North Carolina State University.
