NC State Engineering Career Fair set for Feb. 2

What: The College of Engineering at North Carolina State University holds its biannual Career Fair, one of the largest career fairs in the nation for engineering students. Media coverage is invited.

Who: The Engineering Career Fair brings thousands of engineering students and other job seekers together with top employers looking to fill jobs and internships. More than 170 companies and government agencies are scheduled to attend. Previous Career Fairs have drawn job seekers from colleges across the state and from states as far away as Florida, New York and Texas.

When: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 2.

Where: The Jane S. McKimmon Center at 1101 Gorman Street on the NC State campus in Raleigh. Parking is available at the McKimmon Center, and shuttle buses connecting the fair to Talley Student Center and Engineering Building II on Centennial Campus will run from 9:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Cost: The event is free for job seekers.
