Accelerate2Launch
Apply today for Accelerate2Launch (A2L), a new pilot program offered by the Engineering Entrepreneurs Program (EEP).
EEP will support a select cohort of College of Engineering faculty in learning the business concepts they need to turn applied research into commercial ventures.
Up to five teams will apply these entrepreneurial skills to start a business and to pitch to investors. Teams must be led by a faculty member and can include up to three people, including other faculty members, graduate students or postdoctoral scholars. Each team will receive up to $5,000 for prototyping. Through A2L, teams will have access to:
- An experiential learning structure through one hybrid class per month
- The recently upgraded EEP Makerspace
- Mentorship from alumni who are entrepreneurs and investors
