Grounded in principles similar to Duke\u2019s <em>Character Forward<\/em> initiative\u2014which helps faculty thoughtfully embed character and ethics into engineering curricula\u2014the workshop invites participants to explore how character development can be intentionally cultivated alongside technical and disciplinary outcomes.
