Designed to build on the connections and content introduced during the New Faculty Orientation Workshop (NFOW), these informal gatherings create space to stay connected, ask meaningful questions, and engage with campus partners in a relaxed setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Reunions?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NFOW lays the foundation. The reunions keep the momentum going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each event is designed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reconnect with your NFOW cohort and expand your network<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explore foundational topics in teaching, research, advising, and career development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage directly with key campus partners who can support your early success<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience the broader NC State and Raleigh community through casual, off-campus meetups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What to Expect<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Held <strong>three times per academic year<\/strong>\u2014in <strong>September, January, and April<\/strong>\u2014each reunion features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Spotlight partner<\/strong> \u2013 Meet a key campus office or group. Each partner or group will provide a brief, conversational introduction, allowing you to learn about their work and how they can support your teaching, research, or outreach goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ask-anything Q&amp;A<\/strong> \u2013 After the brief intro, the rest of the time is yours. No slides, no lectures, just open, informal conversation where you can ask questions, share ideas, or learn from others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visit a Raleigh staple<\/strong> &#8211; Each gathering is hosted at a well-loved local venue, offering a taste of the Raleigh community in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Light refreshments<\/strong> and opportunities to share experiences and ask questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2025\u20132026 Schedule Coming Soon!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who Should Attend?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These reunions are for <strong>College of Engineering faculty in their first three years at NC State<\/strong>, across all ranks and tracks.
